Orders & Shipping

Q. Where can I check my order details?
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all details. You can also log into your account to track your order status.

Q. Where are my tracking details?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll get a tracking link via email/SMS. We’ve partnered with Delhivery to ensure smooth and reliable deliveries.

Q. Can I change my address after placing the order?
Address changes are only possible before dispatch. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified. Please double-check details while placing the order.

Q. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer COD. All orders are prepaid through secure payment options available at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Q. Do you offer returns?
We do not accept returns.

Q. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or if you need a size change. Please raise an exchange request within 3 days of delivery.

Q. Do you offer reverse pickup for exchanges?
Currently, we do not offer reverse pickup. Customers are required to ship the product back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed.

Q. The colour of the product I received looks slightly different from the images. Why?
This happens because of lighting differences during photography and individual screen settings. We try our best to keep product photos as true to reality as possible.
